Job summary

The City of Atlantic City Government is seeking an O.N.E. Anti-Violence Division Youth Program Team Lead to provide leadership, supervision, mentorship, and administrative oversight for youth in employment, workforce development, and violence-prevention programming.

The Team Lead acts as a bridge among leadership, youth, parents/guardians, and worksite partners, modeling professionalism and guiding youth toward employment, education, and life success.

Qualifications

• Direct leadership and supervision of youth participants.
• Model professionalism and positive decision making.
• Monitor attendance, behavior, and progress.
• Maintain youth records and payroll-related notes.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and guidance to youth assigned to the Team Lead.
• Ensure youth understand daily assignments, schedules, responsibilities, and expectations.
• Conduct regular check-ins regarding attendance, performance, behavior, and progress.
• Maintain professional boundaries while building positive relationships.
• Identify worksite partners and match youth with opportunities.
• Support youth through resume development, interview prep, and career planning.
