Job summary

The Boys & Girls Club of Truckee Meadows is seeking a Site Coordinator to oversee daily operations at David E. Norman Elementary School in Ely, NV. You will lead staff and volunteers, ensure high-quality programs, and maintain a safe, engaging environment for members.

Responsibilities include recruiting members, building community partnerships, and ensuring compliance with Club standards. Strong communication, organizational, and bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred; 6 months of youth

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse populations.
• Strong organizational and data/reporting capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure site staff deliver programs per quality standards.
• Represent the Club and communicate mission and opportunities to families.
• Recruit and register new members and promote participation.
• Build relationships with parents, schools, and community partners.
• Evaluate program quality and oversee staff performance and development.
• Provide oversight of member behavior and safety.
