Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, implementation, and evaluation of high-quality youth development programming.
• Assist in development and coordination of program schedules, enrichment activities, and events.
• Ensure activities align with DYCD requirements and organizational goals.
• Support creation and maintenance of program resources and instructional materials.
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for participants.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and technical assistance to staff; conduct observations and feedback.
