Boys & Girls Club of Greater Salem NH is seeking a Youth Development Professional to supervise youth aged 6–18 and help deliver daily programs in a dynamic programming department in Salem, NH.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and deliver daily programs for youths aged 6–18.
• Coordinate daily and weekly activities to create a fun, educational environment.
• Maintain safety and discipline in line with club policies.
• Communicate with members' families and staff leadership.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings as requested.
• Be punctual and dependable, adapting to schedule changes.
