Job summary

Alpha is hiring a Youth Program Manager to lead Guides, develop leaders, and create an environment where students consistently exceed expectations. The role is on-site at select campuses with relocation support available, involving coaching, workshops, and driving performance standards across campuses.

Responsibilities focus on building high-performing teams, launching new campuses, and maintaining uncompromising standards while inspiring others.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in education, coaching, or development.
• Experience building and leading teams; ability to hire and terminate based on performance.
• Proven track record using data to drive performance improvements.
• Experience with children ages 5-14 in educational or coaching settings.

Responsibilities

• Coach Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences while upholding Alpha's standards.
• Lead life skills workshops developing communication, leadership, focus and real-world skills.
• Motivate students to reach ambitious learning goals in self-directed programs.
• Use data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve performance.
• Launch and establish new Alpha campuses by building a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
