Job summary

Alpha is hiring a Lead Youth Program Manager to coach Guides, develop leaders, and foster an environment where students excel. You’ll help launch campuses and drive a culture of excellence across select locations.

You’ll collaborate with teams to ensure high-quality student experiences, leverage data for performance improvements, and lead life-skills workshops that build real-world capabilities for ages 5–14.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field required.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in education, coaching, or related leadership role.
• Experience leading teams of five or more people.
• Proven ability to use data to drive performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences while upholding high standards.
• Lead engaging life skills workshops to develop communication and leadership.
• Motivate students to achieve ambitious learning goals in self-directed programs.
• Use data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve performance and outcomes.
• Help launch and establish new campuses by building a culture of excellence.
