JRI’s GRIP Program in Lowell, MA seeks a Program Director who will lead a multi-disciplinary team and provide trauma-informed oversight for residential, clinical, and nursing services serving adolescents.

The role emphasizes directing operations to meet licensing requirements, supporting families, and advancing the program’s mission, with on-call rotation and occasional evenings/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, education, social work, or related field preferred.
• At least five years’ experience in a residential treatment program, with at least three years in management.
• On-call rotation, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts may be required.
• Must be 21 years of age and have a valid driver’s license; transport students as needed.
• Background and driving record checks will be performed.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and leadership to residential, clinical and nursing staff across all domains.
• Direct supervision of the Administrative Team including Clinical, Residential and Nursing Directors.
• Oversee operations of youth services to meet licensing and regulatory requirements.
