Job summary

JRI’s Walden Street School in Concord, MA is seeking an Assistant Residential Director to guide a residential treatment team. You will help oversee the Residential Department with the Residential Director and help provide care and treatment to students.

You will ensure daily systems compliance, provide on-call coverage, manage scheduling and staffing ratios, and lead meetings and trainings. We value resilience, teamwork, and a commitment to trauma-informed care in a bustling adolescent setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential or mental health settings.
• Supervisory/management experience in residential settings.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Residential Department with the Residential Director and provide care and treatment of students.
• Provide on-call coverage and ensure daily systems are followed.
• Lead residential meetings and trainings, and run shifts when needed.
• Manage scheduling procedures; ensure staffing ratios are met and enforce accountability.
