Qualifications

• 3-5 years in a Supervisor/Management role in a residential or mental health program.
• On-call responsibilities, overtime may be required.
• Maintains valid driver’s license for transporting clients.
• Background and driving record checks will be performed.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of the Residential Department with Senior staff and direct care for clients.
• Ensure residential systems are followed and provide daily on-call coverage.
• Schedule oversight, ensure staffing ratios, and apply disciplinary actions when needed.
• Lead residential meetings and trainings; run shifts when required.
