Job summary

The Justice Resource Institute's GRIP Program in Lowell, MA seeks a Program Director to lead residential, clinical and nursing services for youth in a trauma-informed, therapeutic setting, driving excellent care and a positive, energetic team culture.

You will provide oversight to the Administrative, Clinical, Residential and Nursing Directors, align operations with licensing requirements, and mentor staff to deliver state-of-the-art treatment, family collaboration, and continuous quality

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, education, social work, or a related field preferred.
• At least five years’ experience in a residential treatment program, with at least three years in management.
• Must be 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of residential, clinical and nursing services to ensure trauma-informed care.
• Lead the Administrative Team including Clinical, Residential and Nursing Directors and supervise services to youth and families.
• Ensure operations comply with licensing and regulatory requirements across all youth services.
