The role involves on-call coverage, staff scheduling, and leading meetings and trainings to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years in a Supervisor/Management role in a residential or mental health program.
• On-call responsibilities; overtime may be required.
• Maintains a valid driver's license; transporting clients is required.
• Ability to provide physical interventions and verbal de-escalation to maintain a safe therapeutic atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of the Residential Department with Senior staff and care for clients.
• Ensure Residential systems are followed daily and provide on-call coverage.
• Lead scheduling, maintain staffing ratios, and enforce disciplinary actions as needed for Residential Staff.
• Lead residential meetings and trainings, and run residential shifts when needed.
