Job summary

Wayside Youth is seeking a Program Director for the Young Adult Program in Arlington, MA. You will lead a dedicated team, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive program quality and budgeting. Salary ranges from 65,000 to 70,000 USD per year, with a sign-on bonus. This on-site leadership position offers opportunities to mentor staff and shape program direction

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or working towards a Bachelor's degree.
At least 5+ years of experience in residential settings.
Previous supervisory or managerial experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with licensing requirements and regulatory standards (e.g., Rehab Options, COA, DMH, MAP).

Responsibilities

Lead all operations of the program.
Oversee staff development, hiring, scheduling, and on-call coverage.
Ensure licensing compliance and quality management.
Manage program budgeting, financials, and reporting.
Attend to risk management and participate in on-call rotations.
Represent the program in monthly fiscal and agency PD meetings.
