Qualifications

• Experience with EHR systems and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop an evidence-based treatment program compliant with laws and licensing requirements.
• Oversee hiring, training, supervision, and evaluations of staff.
• Ensure staffing meets regulatory requirements and maintain documentation.
• Assist in budgeting and manage expenses within approved limits.
• Provide weekly supervision and conduct regular staff meetings.
• Coordinate with COO and external organizations to enhance services.
