Job summary

Urban Affairs Coalition’s YOACAP is seeking a Site Director to oversee the OST program, including after-school and summer activities. You will manage staff, plan programs, and ensure high-quality youth engagement while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.

Hours are 10am–6pm, Monday to Friday, with a full benefits package and emphasis on STEM and life-skill development for middle school youth.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating after-school and youth programs.
• Staff supervision and evaluation experience.
• Proficiency with Google Classroom, Microsoft Office, Google Drive and other digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement YOACAP OST program goals and activities.
• Coordinate daily program activities and supervise Activities Leaders.
• Maintain a safe, clean program site and ensure high program quality.
• Provide written staff evaluations and model YOACAP standards.
