Job summary

sMedia is looking for an After-School Program Director to oversee the daily operations of a school-based middle-school after-school program. The successful candidate will ensure the program aligns with DYCD standards while providing leadership and support to staff.

The role involves managing program activities, compliance with safety protocols, and maintaining regulatory standards. The position offers flexible scheduling, and candidates must have relevant educational qualifications and experience in youth development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of direct experience working with school-age children.
• Three years of supervisory or program management experience in youth development.
• DOE Fingerprinted and SACC Director Requirement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of after-school program.
