Preferred Behavioral Health Group in New Jersey is seeking a Prevention Consultant Supervisor for the NJ4S Compass program in Monmouth (Youth Program). This full-time role collaborates with schools, districts, and community partners to deliver trainings and prevention services.

Responsibilities include supervising a team, data collection and program evaluation, and building alliances with boards, law enforcement, and healthcare providers. A generous benefits package is included.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in related field (Counseling, Administration, Social Work, Psychology, Education).
• Prevention Science certification a plus.
• Three years of relevant work experience.
• Spanish language proficiency a plus.
• Valid NJ Driver’s License, safe driving record and vehicle availability.
• Satisfactory fingerprinting results per DCF/DOE regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises a team of Prevention Consultants and manages daily activities.
• Supports program data collection, reporting, and quality improvement.
• Facilitates trainings, workshops, and assemblies to schools.
• Attends NJ4S events and meetings related to prevention.
• Plans and implements programs in schools and communities.
• Establishes alliances with school boards, law enforcement, and providers.
• Serves as customer service role model for participants.
• Implements evidence-based prevention services with fidelity.
• Coordinates with collaborators on best practices for HUB participants.
