• Recruiting and enrolling eligible youth into the program
• Meeting participation goals and objectives
• Liaising between target schools, organization staff, and program staff
• Providing services and activities to meet the needs of enrolled members
• Maintaining fidelity of the curriculum
• Conducting prevention activities
• Ensuring quality programming and activities
• Accurate and timely documentation and reporting
• Completing all required reports and administrative duties on time
• Gathering and managing data, handling internal and external reporting
• Compliance with administrative policies, processes, and controls
• Utilizing all BGCGTC communication tools regularly and effectively
• Adhering to organizational health and safety policies and implementing safety practices
• Reporting incidents and completing documentation within required timelines
• Maintaining discipline and de-escalating conflicts
• Being a positive role model and representing the Boys & Girls Club positively
• Ensuring regular attendance and punctuality
• Completing all other duties as assigned
