Job summary

Native American Community Clinic in Minneapolis seeks a Substance Use Prevention Youth Organizer to build leadership among youth and community members, develop a CTC coalition, and advance culturally grounded prevention programs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Base Building and Outreach: identify potential leaders and build a relational map within the community.
• Youth Leadership Development: recruit, convene, and support a Youth Advisory Council and ladder of engagement.
• Coalition Building: recruit committed members and define roles, processes, and goals for the CTC coalition.
• Culturally Specific Prevention & Popular Education: support harm reduction education through culturally aligned partners.
• Learning, Evaluation, and Harvesting: collect feedback and support readiness planning and reporting.
