Job summary

CompDrug seeks a Youth Prevention Coordinator to empower youth, strengthen partnerships, and advance prevention goals. You will develop and manage projects expanding community engagement, supporting grant objectives, and increasing awareness of substance misuse and mental health prevention.

Collaborate with schools, community partners, and youth leaders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and alignment with evidence-based strategies.

Qualifications

• Youth-led prevention experience or as a consumer of youth-led prevention services.
• 2+ years working with middle or high school-aged youth; youth-led prevention experience required.
• Experience with program budgeting, reporting, documentation, and expense tracking.

Responsibilities

• Represent the organization at community meetings and events.
• Assist with grant-funded project implementations and data collection.
• Maintain project documentation and prepare funder reports.
