Job summary

Sacramento Native American Health Center is seeking a Community Health Program Coordinator to support planning, development, and delivery of mental health prevention activities for Native American youth and families. You will work with the CH Program Manager to lead grant-driven activities and ensure timely execution across services.

Responsibilities include coordinating culturally responsive programs, documenting participation, assisting with grant applications and reporting, and helping staff

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating grant-funded community programs.
• Valid California Driver’s License with auto insurance.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends as needed.
• Bilingual abilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports planning and onsite staffing of community health events.
• Maintains accurate documentation of services and participation.
• Assists with grant applications, reporting, and evaluation.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to meet grant deliverables.
• Ensures services are delivered in a culturally appropriate manner.
