Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication with internal and external customers.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with professionalism.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Collaborative approach to support community-based prevention.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the youth substance abuse prevention coalition serving Randolph and Washington Counties.
• Assist in assessing community needs and factors contributing to youth substance use.
• Support selection and implementation of evidence-based programs and strategies.
• Collaborate with coalition members and community partners to advance prevention initiatives.
• Help raise community awareness and engagement around prevention efforts.
• Organize and coordinate prevention activities and initiatives.
• Support joint efforts to promote healthier choices for youth and families.
• Maintain effective communication with internal and external partners.
