Comprehensive Community Action Program in Cranston, RI is looking for an administrative professional to support the Substance Prevention Coalition Programs. You will assist with program coordination, data reporting, outreach, and meeting logistics for the coalition and community partners.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in social work or related field, has prevention experience, excellent written and spoken communication, and can manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field required or preferred.
• Substance abuse prevention experience preferred.
• Excellent written and oral abilities.
• Ability to convey essential information to supervise staff.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate activities for assigned programs and review progress toward goals.
• Attend coalition meetings and take minutes; support program evaluation.
• Generate statistical reports on request and ensure timely data entry.
• Become a Certified Prevention Specialist and participate in trainings.
• Assist in grant reporting and coordination with town and state agencies.
• Represent Coalition at community events and public relations activities.
