Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field with 3 years’ experience (or equivalent).
• Preferred: 1 year supervisory experience.
• Must have maintained own recovery for the last two-year period.
• Experience with databases; proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise a team of peer support specialists to deliver services.
• Provide training, supervision, and data oversight to ensure quality outcomes.
• Engage with funders, partners, and stakeholders to align program goals.
• Ensure client data accuracy and timely reporting to funders.
