Job summary

LifeWorks in Austin, TX seeks a Program Manager to lead the Workforce Development team. This full-time exempt role supervises staff delivering IPS-based services to youth facing homelessness and related challenges, providing training, data oversight, and quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field with 3+ years’ experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.
• Preferred: 1 year supervisory experience; proficient MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise program services delivery and staff.
• Provide field mentoring and ensure fidelity to IPS models.
• oversee data collection, reporting, and outcomes analysis.
• Develop and implement quality improvement plans and training.
