Job summary

Thread seeks a Program Manager to lead Years 1-10 academic, post-secondary and pathway programming, coordinating with Community Managers, volunteers, and school partners to drive high school completion and post-secondary readiness. You will design learning experiences, develop resources, and ensure equity-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• Three years of progressively responsible program management experience.
• Experience in education, youth development, college access, or workforce development.
• Ability to coach, facilitate group learning, and develop volunteers.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic owner of Years 1-10 programming and outcomes.
• Develop annual program strategies for high school completion and post-secondary readiness.
• Advise leadership on performance and improvement opportunities.
• Design programming and resources to strengthen engagement and equity.
• Coordinate with school partners and volunteers to deliver programs.
• Monitor data, outcomes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Foster cross-lane collaboration and knowledge sharing across the Investment Lane.
