Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering youth development or nonprofit programs.
• Proven success leading staff, volunteers, or cross-functional teams.
• Ability to design developmental journeys rather than isolated events.
• Strong facilitation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Design a portfolio of workshops, leadership opportunities, and community experiences.
• Lead and develop the Youth Experience Team and volunteers.
• Build repeatable operating systems, calendars, playbooks, and SOPs.
• Coordinate programming, logistics, transportation, volunteers, and partnerships.
• Create opportunities for youth to serve as planners, facilitators, and leaders.
• Develop partnerships with employers, colleges, artists, and community groups.
• Create safe, inclusive environments that foster dignity and belonging.
• Incorporate youth feedback to continuously improve programming.
• Initially perform Program Coordinator duties to learn the work.
