Job summary

Fort Bend County is seeking an Expose Excellence Youth Community Outreach Coordinator to support the Expose Excellence Youth Program (EEYP). You will assist with recruiting students, planning workshops, field trips, and events, and engage with schools, community groups, and law enforcement.

You will mentor youth and maintain a safe environment. The role requires evening/weekend work, MS Office proficiency, and preferably Canva, social media, graphic design, and video editing skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college hours preferred.
• One year of work experience, preferably with youth ages 10-17.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Expose Excellence Youth Community Outreach Manager with recruiting and maintaining a student base for EEYP.
• Plans and implements EEYP programming including workshops, camps, field trips, events, evenings and weekends.
