Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent with six months related experience.
• Must have or obtain NC Driver's License as required.
• Experience working with youth and families in community settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload of 15–25 youth participants.
• Conduct intake assessments and develop intervention plans.
• Coordinate with schools, courts, and community partners.
• Document client outcomes weekly.
