Job summary

Bill Wilson Center is seeking an Outreach Case Manager to provide direct support, outreach, advocacy, and case management for homeless or housing-insecure youth aged 18-25. The role involves street outreach, crisis intervention, and linking participants to housing, employment, education, healthcare, and life skills services.

Strong communication and trauma-informed, culturally responsive approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with trauma-informed approaches and youth services.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work with diverse populations and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to youth ages 18-25 in schools and community spaces.
• Administer assessments and refer youth to county systems.
• Lead workshops, and collaborate with community partners.
• Build positive relationships and provide ongoing support to participants.
• Support youth in goal setting and accessing housing, education, and health resources.
