Job summary

Traders Point Northwest Youth Ministry is seeking a Youth Operations Director to keep weekly operations running smoothly, know and care for students, and lead the Experience Team, Student Serve Team, and new student assimilation. You will also provide administrative support and coordinate large-scale youth events.

The role requires excellent leadership, organizational skills, and a Bible-centered approach, with collaboration across pastors, facilities, safety, and volunteers to equip volunteers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of similar experience.
• Excellent leadership, organization, and communication abilities.
• Experience leading volunteer teams and developing volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Midweek Experience Team and Student Serve Team.
• Create and maintain an engagement pathway for new students.
• Own onboarding for Experience Team volunteers.
• Ensure Midweek operations are staffed and running on time.
• Collaborate with Facilities and Safety on Midweek logistics.
• Lead on-site coordination for large youth events.
