Job summary

Hope Fellowship is seeking a Youth & Young Adults Pastor to lead a growing ministry for middle school, high school, and post-high school young adults. The role centers on reaching unchurched students, building community, discipling believers, and developing leaders who serve Christ and His church.

You will cast and execute a compelling vision, lead weekly gatherings, recruit and shepherd volunteers, mentor students and train leaders, and collaborate with parents while managing curriculum,

Hope Fellowship is seeking a passionate, organized, and relational Youth & Young Adults Pastor to lead a growing ministry for Middle School, High School, and post High School young adults. This role focuses on reaching unchurched students, building strong community, discipling believers, and developing leaders who serve Christ and His church.

You Will

• A shepherd at heart who loves students and families

• Organized, self motivated, and collaborative
• Able to embrace West Coast/Seattle culture
• A servant leader who works well with others
• Bachelor’s degree required; seminary preferred

Growing numbers of students engaged, serving, leading, and graduating with a vision to follow Jesus and strengthen the local church.

Full time salaried position (40+ hrs/week). Includes Sundays, weekly gatherings, mentoring, and occasional evenings.
