Responsibilities

• Lead the Midweek Experience Team and Student Serve Team.
• Create and maintain an engagement pathway for new students.
• Oversee onboarding for Experience Team volunteers.
• Ensure Midweek operations are staffed, prepared, and on time.
• Collaborate with Facilities and Safety on Midweek logistics.
• Lead events such as Youth Nights and camps.
• Provide general administrative support to Northwest Youth Ministry.
• Coordinate rosters and baptism conversations with pastors.
• Support onboarding and volunteer leadership development.
• Communicate regularly with the Youth Operations Lead to align standards.
