Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Three years of ministry experience.
• Fully committed follower of Jesus Christ; strong character and values.
• Ability to manage a flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and empower a volunteer and student leadership team.
• Coordinate a ministry that incorporates YFC essentials and activities with volunteers.
• Create a prayer team for the site and communicate regularly.
• Manage time to include small groups, appointments, and student leadership.
• Organize, promote and lead trips for students.
• Build community connections with churches, youth organizations, and local businesses.
• Participate in fundraising activities and donor care per Leadership.
• Complete paperwork and data tracking (Google Calendar, expense reports, YFC data).
• Attend staff meetings and training events; complete credentialing within 2 years.
• Provide spiritual guidance through prayer and Bible study with students and leaders.
