Qualifications

• 3+ years of formal worship training or worship experience.
• Ability to play an instrument.
• Strong relational and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of Ableton and live worship technology.
• Knowledge of Nashville Number System.

Responsibilities

• Lead worship for weekend gatherings and campus events.
• Develop and mentor Difference Makers and volunteers.
• Collaborate with Campus Pastor and campus team on planning and execution of services.
• Maintain Green Room spaces and campus gear.
• Manage scheduling and parts in Planning Center and rehearsal tracks.
• Provide feedback and coaching to worship team members.
