Job summary

PsychPros, Inc. is recruiting a licensed youth mobile crisis therapist to serve communities across Highland, Ross, Pickaway, Fayette and Pike Counties while based in Chillicothe, Ohio.

The role involves crisis assessment, intervention, safety planning, and follow-up care with travel to counties and a schedule until 8pm Monday through Friday. Licensure and a clean driving record are required to perform this role effectively.

Qualifications

• Licensed LPC/LPCC or LSW/LISW licensure.
• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Excellent driving record.
• 2 years' experience in behavioral healthcare.
• Available to work until 8pm M–F, may be in shifts.

Responsibilities

• Dedicated crisis counselor for youth and families in crisis.
• Travel throughout assigned counties to provide crisis assessment/intervention, safety planning, and follow up care.
• Provide brief intervention along with ongoing assessment and linkage to services and needs up to 6 weeks.
• Work with a team of counselors/social workers, case managers, peer support specialist and the Director to reduce trauma.

• Minimum of Bachelor's degree in related field
• Have and maintain an excellent driving record
• 2 years' experience working in the behavioral healthcare field
• Available to work until 8pm M-F, this may done in shifts or rotation

Pay

$55,000 - $80,000 based on licensure and experience
