Job summary

PsychPros, Inc. is seeking a licensed youth mobile crisis therapist to serve Portage County, Ohio. The role involves crisis assessment/intervention, safety planning, and follow-up care for youth and families in crisis.

The position requires driving throughout the county, current LPC/LPCC or LSW/LISW licensure, and a minimum of a Bachelor's degree with 2 years of behavioral health experience. The schedule features three 12-hour shifts, 8am-8pm, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinician in the relevant field (LPC/LPCC or LSW/LISW).
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in behavioral healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Dedicated crisis counselor for youth and families in crisis.
• Travel throughout Portage County to provide crisis assessment/intervention, safety planning, and follow-up care.
• Provide brief intervention along with ongoing assessment and linkage to services for up to 6 weeks.
• Collaborate with a team of counselors, social workers, case managers, peer support specialists and the Director to deliver prevention and reduce trauma in youth and families.

Pay

• $55,000 - 70,000 based on licensure and experience
