Job summary

The City of Rockville's ROCKIDZ Youth Mentoring Program seeks a dedicated Program Assistant to support recreation activities, academic enrichment, and mentoring for elementary-aged youth. Qualifications

• Experience with elementary-aged children in recreation, education, mentoring, or youth development.
• Ability to lead recreational programs (soccer, basketball, group play).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for community outreach.
• Ability to support academic enrichment activities.
• Valid driver's license and able to operate cars and vans.
