The role requires 2–4 years of related experience and a four‑year degree, with strong supervision skills and the ability to work with schools and community partners to support at‑risk youth.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree from an accredited school.
• Basic knowledge or training in social work, human services, counseling or psychology.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for daily program operations.
• Supervise program staff with coaching and support.
• Review assessments and support service goals for youth outcomes.
• Collaborate with community partners, schools and stakeholders.
• Serve as a resource to staff and ensure continuity of care.
