Job summary

Child & Family Service is seeking a Program Supervisor for the Positive Pathways Youth Mentoring Program in Ewa Beach, HI. The role provides leadership and oversight of daily operations to ensure high-quality service delivery and program effectiveness.

The ideal candidate has experience with at-risk youth, mentoring, or behavioral health services, and demonstrates strong organizational and communication skills to empower youth and support staff development.

Qualifications

• Four-Year College Degree from a school accredited by a recognized accrediting agency.
• Over two years, up to and including four years of experience in related human services.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for daily program operations.
• Supervise staff, conduct coaching, and support service delivery.
• Review assessments and guide treatment and service goals for youth outcomes.
• Foster partnerships with schools and community partners.
• Assist with outreach and public relations to advance the program’s mission.
