Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable, compassionate Youth Mentors to work 1:1 with recipients in Southeast Michigan. You will support, encourage and help with skill-building activities, and also bring them into the community to grow personal goals outside of their home environment.

Full and part-time positions are available. Paid training, flexible schedule, weekly pay, and a virtual interview process are offered to help you start making a difference.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with Recipients in their homes.
• Support, encourage and help with skill-building activities.
• Bring Recipients into the community to grow personal goals.
• Follow care plans and document progress.
