Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable Youth Mentors to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes, providing support, encouragement, and helping with skill-building activities. Mentors will also accompany recipients to community activities to help grow personal goals outside the home.

Full and part-time positions are available. The role offers paid training, a flexible schedule, weekly pay, and a virtual interview process.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 mentoring to recipients in their homes.
• Support, encourage and assist with skill-building activities.
• Accompany recipients to community activities to achieve personal goals.
