Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable Youth Mentor to provide one-on-one support for mental health recipients in Southeast Michigan. You will work in clients' homes, encourage skill-building, and accompany them to community opportunities to advance personal goals.

Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with paid training and a flexible schedule. Weekly pay and benefit opportunities are also offered to team members.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to mental health recipients in home settings.
• Encourage skill-building activities and personal goal setting.
• Assist recipients in engaging with community activities.
• Support recipients in following care plans and safety rules.
