Job summary

CESA 6 is seeking part-time Youth Mentors for the Individualized Youth Services (IYS) program. Locations include Oshkosh, WI and Fond du Lac, WI. You will work one-on-one with youth to support behavioral, social, and emotional needs, providing respite and mentorship across multiple settings.

Training in trauma, crisis intervention, de-escalation, daily living skills, and more will be provided. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are required; wage is $16.50 per hour with flexible

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Training provided through the program upon hire.
• Prior experience working with youth and/or emotional behavioral disabilities preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct services and supervision to youth clients.
• Assist with behavioral, social, and emotional support.
• Document all services accurately.
• Manage crisis situations following safety protocols.
• Transport clients per agency policies when required.
