Innovative Care Services is looking for a Part Time Mental Health Technician in Wisconsin to support youth and adults with mental health needs. You will help individuals overcome barriers, promote community integration, and teach essential life skills in a compassionate, supportive environment.

The role offers growth opportunities, paid training, and a sense of fulfillment. Hours vary by program with every other weekend and rotating holidays required; hourly pay ranges from $16.00 to $19.00,

Qualifications

• Experience caring for individuals with mental health needs.
• Empathy and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work with youth and adults in supportive settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to individuals with various mental health needs.
• Assist with community integration and social skill development.
• Support with medication management as applicable to program.
• Serve as a positive role model for clients.
• Coordinate with Mental Health Professional for supervision.
