AMFM Healthcare, through Mission Prep Healthcare, is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Technician (Community Coordinator) to support adolescents in residential treatment facilities in Fallbrook, CA. You will coordinate client activities, collaborate with clinical staff, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, compassionate care, and adherence to health and safety standards while supporting youth on their wellness journeys.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Background checks (ADP Selective Screening Services and others) required.
• Valid driver’s license with insured status and driving record requirements.
• Physical ability to work on computer, walk/stand, lift up to 20 lbs., stairs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and transport clients to daily activities and ensure on-time arrival.
• Use intervention and communication skills with clients and families daily and in crisis.
• Adhere to Joint Commission policies and infection prevention procedures.
• Collaborate with nurse and clinical team on medication management and document administration.
• Maintain cleanliness and safe housing environments.
