Role includes coordinating transportation, observing client behavior, and collaborating with nursing staff on medication management. Strong communication and empathy are essential; high school diploma required, background checks expected.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED
• Background Check: Must pass ADP Selective Screening Services and any additional required background checks
• Valid Driver’s License: Meet car insurance eligibility (minimum 23 years old, at least 4 years licensed, no driving violations in last 4 years)
• Physical Requirements: Ability to type, walk/stand, lift up to 20 lbs, navigate stairs

Responsabilités

• Providing Direct Support – Assist clients with daily activities, ensuring a structured and supportive environment
• Transportation & Safety – Safely transport clients to scheduled activities and medical appointments
• Behavioral Observation – Monitor client behavior, document observations, and collaborate with clinical teams
• Medication Support – Work with the nursing team to oversee medication self-administration
• Environment Maintenance – Maintain cleanliness and organization within residential facilities
• Facilitating Group Activities – Lead and document recovery-focused group sessions
• Emergency Response – Adhere to safety protocols, conduct safety drills, and respond to crises as needed
