Child Focus is seeking a Qualified Mental Health Specialist for Mobile Response and Stabilization Services. You will provide stabilization for youth and families in crisis, with services at school, community, or home. • Degree required: Bachelor's in a related mental health field.
• Degree preferred: Bachelor's in Social Work or Psychology.
• License required: none; license preferred: LSW.

Responsibilities

• Provide stabilization of immediate crisis and short-term treatment.
• Crisis intervention and referrals to ongoing services.
• Services may be provided at school, community, or home.
• Participate in data entry and tracking to ensure fidelity to the MRSS model.
• Intervene in crisis situations at the Child Focus office as needed.
• Assist other departments with crisis-related needs.
• Work independently and within a team; adapt to different situations and personalities.
• Must have strong problem-solving skills, be detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Requires one evening per week until 8pm.
