Job summary

Brightli is seeking a Stabilization Intervention Specialist to support youth in behavioral health crises at our Springfield, MO center. You will provide on-site crisis stabilization, coordinate with families, and work under clinical supervision to ensure safety and compassionate care.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree qualifying QMHP and 1–3 years of direct care, with experience in multidisciplinary teams. Join a supportive team focused on recovery, safety, and positive youth outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field meeting QMHP requirements.
• 1–3 years direct care experience required.
• Experience with children/adolescents preferred.
• Experience in multidisciplinary, team-based care environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site crisis intervention and stabilization for youth in behavioral health emergencies.
• Deliver brief, skill-based interventions promoting regulation and coping.
• Engage youth and caregivers in safety planning and recovery-focused services.
• Support development and implementation of individualized crisis stabilization and safety plans under clinical supervision.
• Monitor changes and report observations to licensed clinical team members.
• Coordinate with families to provide education and ongoing crisis resources.
• Assist with discharge planning and aftercare coordination.
• Collaborate with licensed clinicians, nurses, peer specialists, and other staff to ensure quality care.
• Participate in shift handoffs and treatment coordination activities.
• Maintain a safe, structured, therapeutic environment for youth.
