Easterseals NH seeks a Medical Liaison to join our Residential & Educational Program team in New Hampshire. You will support nursing to deliver high-quality medical services to residential and educational clients, ensuring safety and continuity of care.

Responsibilities include administering medications, coordinating with psychiatrists, reviewing treatment plans, and providing on-call support to the program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• EMT, CNA, or LNA certificate or equivalent is required.
• Experience with special needs children is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Administer medication, maintain documentation, and update logs as requested.
• Review medication needs with consulting psychiatrist as required.
• Review treatment plans, logs, and policies to ensure safety.
• Support the treatment team with assessment and transition plans.
• Obtain needed medical, clinical, and dental treatment as assigned.
• Provide supervision and living skills training to increase independence.
• Provide assessments after physical restraints.
• Triage medical issues as they arise.
• Provide on-call support to the program.
• Attend meetings with program personnel, employers, parents, and providers.
• Attend employee training including TCI and internal medication instruction.
