Job summary

Easterseals New Hampshire, Inc. seeks a Medical Liaison to join our Residential & Educational Program team, supporting the nursing department in delivering high-quality medical services to residential and educational clients, ensuring safety and continuity of care.

Responsibilities include administering medication, maintaining documentation, reviewing treatment plans with a consulting psychiatrist, and providing supervision and living skills training to increase independence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• EMT, CNA, or LNA certification required or preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience with special needs children preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Administer medication and maintain supporting documentation.
• Review treatment plans with consulting psychiatrist and update logs.
• Provide supervision and living skills training to increase independence.
• Attend meetings with program personnel, parents, and service providers.
• Provide on-call support and participate in trainings (TCI and medication instruction).
